TELEPHONE SECURITY
LINE GUARD
Most telephone tapping equipment 'knows' when a phone
is being used by detecting the change in voltage on
the phone line when the phone is picked up. The telephone
line voltage is typically 50 volts and drops to around
10 volts when the phone is used. The line guard prevents
the voltage dropping to such a low level when the phone
is picked up, so the 'telephone tap' does not realise
that the phone is being used. This particular line guard
also has an anti-vox circuit, which puts a continuous
tone on the line whenever the phone is put down. This
causes a voxed, (voice activated) recorder to run continually
when the phone is on-hook, so using up the tape and
batteries even when the phone is not in use. This model
also has a safety level control, which allows adjustment
for maximum security on any phone line to which it is
attached.

TAP TEST
|
TAP TEST
This provides a reliable method of checking for the
presence of tapping equipment on a telephone line.
Please note, in order to use the TAP-TEST it is necessary
to disconnect the telephone line, either at the street
box or exchange. i.e. the line cannot be tested whilst
it is powered by the voltage from the exchange.
By connecting the leads of the tap-test to the disconnected
line an LED will indicate if a parallel tap is connected
across the line.
If the ends of the line are now shorted together a test
can be made to identify the presence of series tapping
equipment.
TPT – Tap Test
TAP ALERT
This device plugs into a phone line and will
cause an L.E.D. to flash if the line is shorted
or cut for more than a few seconds. It will continue
to flash until the user pushes the reset button.

BUG DETECTOR (BUG-TRAP)
A BUG DETECTOR is used to find hidden radio and video
transmitters. The BUG-TRAP indicates the presence of
a transmitter by sounding a beeper and indicates the
strength of the transmitter with a 'bar' of leds. By
using a variable sensitivity control, even the weakest
bug can easily be found.
BTC – BUG-TRAP
CELL-TELL (cell-phone detector)
THE CELL-TELL is a device for use in areas where the
use of a cell-phone is prohibited, and it provides a
warning if a cell-phone is used to make or receive a
call.
The CELL-TELL uses a 'voice' chip containing a pre-recorded
message and when a cell phone is used to make or receive
a call, the CELL-TELL then plays back the recorded message.
Although the CELL-TELL is supplied with a pre-recorded
message, the user has the option to record their own
message.

SuperBroom Plus is an advanced non linear junction
detector (NLJD) with simultaneous analysis of the second
and third harmonic returns from the target.
The transmitter and two receivers are frequency synthesized
which means the receivers are always locked to the transmitter
frequency thereby completely eliminating any frequency
drift. By comparing the second and third harmonic return
signals the operator is able to determine with greater
confidence whether the signals are from an electronic
of non-electronic source.
Both versions have variable transmit power outputs
(1-300mW - ECM; 1mW-3W - Plus) which enable precise
location of the target. SuperBroom is fully portable
and is supplied ready for operation in a rugged flight
case with all necessary accessories.
-
2nd and 3rd Harmonic detection
-
Clear display of individual
and combined returns
-
Exceptional sensitivity
-
Head display for maximum operator
comfort
-
Simple to use and fully portable

SCANLOCK M2 - COUNTERSURVEILLANCE MADE EASY
The latest development in the Scanlock range from Audiotel
International; the all new Scanlock M2 makes the detection,
identification and location of covert transmitters quicker
and easier than ever before.
Scanlock M2 can scan the RF spectrum in a fraction
of the time taken by conventional countersurveillance
receivers. Integral audio demodulators aid the identification
of any signal acquired. Computer enhanced spectral
analysis aids the identification of all types of
active RF transmitter. Lighter and more portable,
Scanlock M2 makes the pinpoint location of RF transmitters
swift and silent. All cables, including mains and
telephone, can be checked for current carrier or
RF transmitters using the Scanlock M2's full range
of facilities. |

New - Taking a fresh new look at all aspects of the Scanlock
design the M2 operation is based on the best, tried and
tested scanning techniques available. Scanlock M2 is designed
using the latest advances in electronics, producing our
most reliable and efficient countersurveillance receiver
yet. New control features make techniques that were complex,
difficult and time consuming, fast and easy to use. New
Spectral Analysis software, providing complex analysis
and control, brings a whole new arsenal of techniques
to the battle against the eavesdropper.
Faster - 5GHZ in 5 secs - Not only can the Scanlock M2
scan the RF Spectrum effectively at phenomenal speeds;
with fast automatic tuning even intermittent signals can
be pinpointed.
The whole process of checking out suspicious signals can
be carried out quickly and efficiently.
Lighter - Even more portable Scanlock M2 is two thirds
the weight of its predecessor; with simplified front panel
controls, single handed operation is quicker and more
comfortable. Our new combination case with integral docking
ports combines laptop and Scanlock for convenient and
portable operation in or out of the case.
